Used my fountain pens a lot more. Not very Sharpieful. Used the binoculars. Super effective.

From my little 3X4" sketchbookpad, the printmaking room.

So I decided I needed to get really rough and work bigger. Okay, so I didn't work NEARLY big enough (Out of habit. Next time I'm going to make myself take up a whole page.) so I grabbed a Sharpie from the painting room and some paper from the printers in the library and went around to draw crap. Since it makes no difference if I'm wearing gloves, I'll probably be doing more of these exercises.

OPS I'M LATE

Well, here's Sunday's:

This spread was from yesterday:

And today's:

#1: Some erasing happened here (Everywhere, actually. Next time I'm bringing the dusting brush!), some warm-ups and people on the bus. POUTY LIIIIPSSSS

#2: Cools tools from Home Depot. Who knew Home Depot could have such neat things! I'll be back.

#3: Figured I might as well do an enviro from life before having to leave all of a sudden. Can't say I'm pleased (It's getting erased right when I pick up my travel sketchbook again.) but it's the first step in a picture with everything tied together.

I think using the faint fountain pen gives me better results in light sketches than the pencil does, but I don't really know why.

Also: I got 10x binoculars! Let's see where this may lead in the future.
